TOOLKIT NOW AVAILABLE! Building Local Food Networks: A Toolkit for Organizers Coinmama Interested in hosting a Farmer-Chef Connection event — or something similar — in your area? We’ve recently released a toolkit that synthesizes our experience building and bolstering local food networks in the Pacific Northwest in order to support the efforts of other communities striving to do the same. In conjunction, we’ve launched an online, interactive learning community to stimulate peer-to-peer exchange of ideas, questions, and lessons learned around the topic of building local food networks. Learn more here. 2007 Farmer-Chef Connection Events Our Farmer-Chef Connection Conferences in Seattle (February 5th) and Portland (March 5th) were both at capacity and a good time was had by all who attended. Thank you to all who attended and a special thanks to all who volunteered, prepared food, and participated in the panel discussions. We look forward to next year's events!
